plrvip Terms & Conditions — Official User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "plrvip," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the plrvip platform accessible at plrvip.net and all associated sub-domains.
• "Platform" means the plrvip website, mobile interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services and features.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Funds" means any amounts deposited into, credited to, or held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account in accordance with a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means cash deposits made by a Player into their Account via a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum volume of real-money wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which plrvip processes transactions.

By registering an Account on the plrvip Platform, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the plrvip Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply to your activity on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account, access the Platform, or use any plrvip services. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a plrvip Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. plrvip applies a minimum age of 21 as a responsible gaming standard. Documentary proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting in your own capacity, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of plrvip or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently barred from the Platform.
• You must not have a pre-existing plrvip Account. Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number.

plrvip reserves the right to require documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by plrvip may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plrvip Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your plrvip Account while your credentials are correctly entered will be deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually authorised by you. plrvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the Account settings panel.
• Contact the plrvip 24/7 live support team to report the suspected compromise.
• Cooperate fully with any security investigation plrvip may conduct in response.

plrvip will never contact you by email, SMS, or any messaging platform requesting your Account password, OTP codes, or full financial details. Any communication purporting to be from plrvip and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits. plrvip accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. plrvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all deposit methods must be registered in your own name and must match your verified Account identity.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, plrvip requires successful completion of KYC identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. plrvip targets same-day processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests submitted within standard banking hours, subject to verification status.

Anti-Money Laundering. plrvip is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. plrvip reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where required for compliance purposes. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

plrvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all plrvip promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any associated Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are maintained in separate wallet balances within your plrvip Account. Real Money Funds are used first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multi-accounting to claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure.
• plrvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed using payment methods that are subsequently reversed or charged back will be cancelled along with any associated winnings.
• Where game contribution percentages apply to Wagering Requirements, these are set out in the specific promotion terms and may vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

Players who are found to have exploited bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or used strategies designed to generate guaranteed profits from promotional funds — including but not limited to matched betting across plrvip accounts or accounts at related operators — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings cancelled and their Accounts reviewed for closure.

All casino games available on the plrvip Platform use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG table games are disclosed in the game information panel accessible from the lobby.

Live dealer games operate using real cards, roulette wheels, or dice managed by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game mechanics and is not subject to RNG processes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or incorrect display of odds or winnings — plrvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. plrvip is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Any wager placed in error by a Player — including incorrect stake amounts or game selections — is the sole responsibility of the Player. plrvip will not reverse correctly processed wagers on the grounds of Player error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plrvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be cancelled.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or deposit chargebacks.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures, account restrictions, or responsible gaming tools applied to your Account.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Platform.

plrvip is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. The Platform is accessible to Players aged 21 and above only. plrvip takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced at any time from Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session length reminders and automatic logout timers.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net play outcome.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any plrvip content.

The plrvip name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of plrvip branding — including in social media handles, messaging groups, or third-party websites — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plrvip's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

plrvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, even if plrvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

plrvip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. plrvip will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

plrvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where plrvip reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Account holder has registered multiple accounts in contravention of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to plrvip.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for cause, plrvip reserves the right to withhold and, where appropriate, forfeit all Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds held within the Account. Where Real Money Funds are forfeited, plrvip will provide written notification of the reasons and the Player may seek review through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the plrvip support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of any dispute between you and plrvip arising from your use of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the plrvip 24/7 live support team via in-platform live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 to 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to the plrvip support email. Formal complaints will receive a written response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures associated with plrvip's international gaming licence.

plrvip's decisions on matters of game outcome — where the RNG or live dealer result is confirmed correct by system logs — are final. Disputes relating to transaction processing, bonus application, or account management decisions are subject to the full resolution process described above.

plrvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to account eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — plrvip will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the amendments take effect.

Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without prior individual notification.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. Continued use of the plrvip Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which plrvip holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under plrvip's applicable licence for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the completion of any formal dispute resolution process.
